n ational Harbor and the Capital Wheel worked together to bring awareness to "Wreaths
Across America", a nonprofit organization that annually coordinates the placing of
wreath on every gravesite at Arlington n ational Cemetery during December, as well as
at hundreds of veterans' cemeteries and other locations in all 50 states and beyond.
